B-Line Recordings presents Whirlwind D's fourth studio album. The album is already being heralded as one of the highlights of 2023 and includes, for the first time on vinyl, D's smash hit 'Labels (Extended Smoove Mix)' which got into the BBC6 Music Top 30 Funk And Soul of 2021. Guests include Farma G, Lewis Parker, Jazz T, Specifik and Djar One to name a few and the album concept is built around the duality in Whirlwind D's music from the funk of tracks such as Smoove's version of 'Labels' to the hardcore sounds of tracks like the Franky Roar-produced 'The Deep' which also features Chrome, Junior Disprol and Specifik on mic duties.

Craig Charles (BBC 6 Music) described the album as an "excellent release" and the Funk And Soul Show have played a number of tracks from the LP, including 'Everyday Hustle' and 'Labels Smoove Mix'.

Record Collector Magazine described it as: '...Whirlwind D dissects and explores two sides of his musical psyche with the excellent Libra...Although oozing an unashamedly old-school vibe, Libra exudes an inventive vigour and freshness that is absent from much contemporary hip hop.'

The album also made it into the 'Best of Bandcamp Hip Hop: September 2023'.

B Boy Document put it at 12/50 in their best albums of 2023.

Ryan Proctor included the album in his top albums of 2023 and described the work as "... engaging verses and passionate delivery ensuring “Libra” came together as a cohesive, rewarding listening experience."
